Tasman Holiday Parks selected PARKEZI for their Wiseman's Ferry site which has over 100 cabins. Managing guests (and their friends) coming and going could have been a nightmare. But now?
- Staff create a ParkEzi user account for each cabin
- Cabin owners or tenants receive a login link via email so they can register up to 4 number plates for their family and friends.
Because park residents manage their own bookings, there is no admin follow-up needed. No spreadsheets. No reception calls. No stress. It just works.
How the one-way system works:
- A camera scans licence plates at the entry and checks them against the cabin’s whitelist
- An in-ground loop at the exit automatically opens the gate
- Every vehicle entry is logged in the PARKEZI dashboard
Optional add-ons for PARKEZI one-way include intercoms, keypads, swipe cards, and QR code scanners for one-time contractor or visitor access
This setup is completely standalone. Just install the Scan & Go Mini, connect 240V power, aim the camera, and you're ready. The camera talks to the PARKEZI software using local ethernet with a 4G data link installed as backup.
